John Hayward is responsive and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to air conditioner issues. He explored all possible solutions and took the time to explain what was happening and why. His crew is very respectful and know what they’re doing. They fixed our upstairs unit and did it all without waking my 3-yr old who was napping in the bedroom below them. Their business card magnet has found a permanent spot on the side of our fridge and I highly recommend them!!

We had Hayward come out to due maintenance on our AC unit. John came out and had to try two different motors to try and fix our broken unit. Although we had to get a new AC, they finished the entire job, from motors to new unit in no time. These guys are professional, friendly and honest. Hard to find people like this. I would recommend them anytime
