We had a low pressure line leak which caused all the refrigerant to leak out. John and his team came to our rescue with short notice and on a noticably hot day. His team (Daniel) fixed the pipe, recharged the system, and replaced the really old capacitors. I don’t think this AC has blown this cold since we bought the house!

I had an issue with how my Nest thermostat was connected and it wasn’t giving me hot air downstairs. I called John and he was able to come out same day and get it straightened out. His price was more than fair and he ended up coming after 6 on a Friday. Can’t recommend Hayward air enough.

John came out two days ago to look at our 23yr old unit. He responded late the night before and was at my house very early in the morning. We knew a new unit would most likely be in order, and after John personally came and looked at the issue, he had his crew at my house first thing the following morning to replace the unit and furnace. His crew was very respectful, hard working, and courtesy. They worked diligently and were mindful of me and pets who were home during the work. When done, they cleaned up very well.
